| Born in 1952. After joining Kyoto Prefectural Government, he served as Tourism Senior Manager at Department of Commerce, Industry and Labor and Board Member for Planning, and became Deputy Governor on February 20, 2013. At the position he is responsible for ‘policy planning’ ‘commerce, industry and labor’ ‘agriculture, forestry, and fisheries’ and others.
